Summary I am an italian software engineer and researcher with a lifelong passion for the intersection of science and technology. CTO at Smartpeg and a Research Affiliate at the University of Perugia. I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering (2024) and an MBA (2011), specializing in the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Measurements, and Software Engineering. My work focuses on developing dependable, data-driven solutions for HR management and quantifying uncertainty in ML-based systems. I am a passionate advocate for software quality and an active member of the IEEE and ACM communities
